We get it!  After 30 years of leading ministries from 50 students to 1500 students, we know how hectic it can be to implement a new program or system.  That's why we have painstakingly designed the launch process of KUEST to be nearly transparent for you.  Just follow our calendar, task lists and forms, and you'll be building strong leaders before you know it.

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS

From beginning to end, our team will walk you through the entire process of designing, strategizing and launching your new KUEST Team!  Through ZOOM meetings and detailed forms and worksheets, we will gain clarity about how to best custom-fit KUEST to your ministry.  

From there, we will walk with you as you follow our Launch Calendar.  Along the way we will offer encouragement and insight while we build a strategic partnership.    

Once you've recruited and vetted your team, you will begin the process of mentoring and engaging your KUEST Team in the work of ministry!

We see KUEST as a partnership.  From the time you sign on as a KUEST Church, we are here for you; regularly checking in, offering you support and encouragement as you build strong, young leaders!  This is a relationship we. will cultivate for as long as you are a KUEST Church.  We are passionate and serious about doing everything we can to support the teachers, mentors and leaders (we refer to as KUEST Coaches) that will be influencing your students.
